I have direct contact to CIF gold buyer that he can issue POF via MT799, MT700 DLC and MT760 (all which are conditional as per contract - which means delivery of gold and assay - there are no transferable, on first demand, callable open instruments in CIF business - and the later two instruments are operative upon receipt of a 2% performance bond). We will buy any quantity, from 25kg to 500kg per month of 92% or better gold purity dore bars, sent for assay to the us Atlantic east coast major airport. Payment would be made after assay. Our bank will issue an RWA or BCL (bank commitment letter) to pay for the gold after it is assayed.

Title would have to be assigned to value commodities corporation for the sole purpose of having the gold assayed, and not for any other purpose what-so-ever, as would be stated in the contract of sale & purchase with the seller.

The supplier will have to issue an assay before shipping the gold to show the results for the following elements: as - arsenic, be - beryllium, bi - bismuth, Cd - cadmium, Hg- mercury, Ni- nickel, Pb - lead, Sb - antimony, Se - selenium, Sn - Tin, Te - tellurium.

2. We do not pay any money in advance : (transportation, tickets, taxes, licenses, insurance, shipping...Etc ). The seller can add all his expenses to the gold price.
