- the first mandate: 5 000 to 25 000 mt , price 10/7,9/6 8/5 - concrete offer required from serious sellers
- the second mandate : 10 000 mt , price 10/8 - no long stories of the LOI and the SCO of this world - the first step POP then direct contact with POF after the NCNDA and IMFPA - no POP , no deal
- the third mandate : 500 mt , price 10/7.12/9 ,8/5 - concrete offer required
- the buyer - 28 000 kg dore bars and 25 000 kg dust per week

- no upfront payment
- the seller carry the cost shipping/freight and other related

I have direct contact to CIF gold buyer that he can issue POF via MT799, MT700 DLC and MT760 (all which are conditional as per contract - which means delivery of gold and assay - there are no transferable, on first demand, callable open instruments in CIF business - and the later two instruments are operative upon receipt of a 2% performance bond). And also I have a FOB buyer in Ghana - cash and carry after assay at ASAP VASA or PMMC. Also other buyers beside - the Chinese buyer they are hungry and more flexible on SPAs and bank instruments and want large amounts - most of the other refinery buyers in Germany, Dubai and Florida will offer MTNs, Lawyer Affidavits (which in Germany/Switzerland is stronger than a bank guarantee - it is an actual payment guarantee which people go to jail for if they don't pay -) or Refinery guarantees. If the sellers have the gold or even access to the gold, we can help them finance getting it shipped And their guarantee, as you know, is that they own the gold until it is assayed and paid for. Product origin can not be from Africa....Refineries in the states are refusing to smelt it down. because of the anti-landing act.) Product must be shipped fob to a refinery of our chose in the us.
